We invest in companies with $2 million to $10 million in operating cash flow and $10 million to $50 million in enterprise value.
Geographic
We believe that the basis for sound business relationships begins with face-to-face interactions. We focus our investments to companies with their primary operations located in the Western United States but will consider investments elsewhere in the United States.
Industries
We invest in manufacturing, distribution, technology, telecommunications, and business services companies that are market leaders or have the potential to be market leaders in a well-defined industry niche. We do not invest in biotechnology, public transportation, real estate development, retail, or non-proprietary consumer goods.
